How much is the shipping?
In Italy you pay shipping only during the sales-promotions and it has a cost of € 5.00.
In Europe, shipping has a fixed cost of € 18,00.
In the rest of the world, shipping has a fixed cost of € 25,00.
 
Has the cash on delivery shipping additional costs?
Cash on delivery has an additional cost of € 5,00.
The cash on delivery payment can be used only in Italy.
 
What are the delivery times?
All items will be shipped within 24/48 hours. Orders placed by credit card with Paypal or cash on delivery circuit will be shipped as soon as we will received the order. Orders with payment by wire transfer will be shipped only after verifying that the amount has been credited on our bank account.

How does the goods take to arrive?
In Italy the goods arrives at their destination in 1/3 days depending on the destination (i.e. in the islands, it takes 2/3 days).
In Europe, the goods arrive at their destination in 5/7 days.
In the rest of the world the goods arrive at their destination in 10/15 days, except for Russia which take 20 days.

Which are the  methods of payment for goods purchased?
For deliveries in Italy by:

-Cash on delivery, cash at the time of delivery.
For deliveries to Europe and rest of the world by:

Is the availability of the items on the site real?
The site updates are constant and all items for sale are in stock. However, it is possible that at the time of placing an order, some items may not be available or for sale. In this case, we will promptly contact you and send you a new MAIL which will cancel your order.
